Adjusting a booking or providing information requires Breezy to complete different tasks. The more tasks Breezy works on, the more credits are spent. You will spend more credits when your demand is high and less when demand is low.

Credits last for 12 months from the date of purchase. This gives you a huge amount of time to use them. At the end of the 12 month period the credits will expire and you will need to top up your account.

Every business has its own rhythm. The credit system lets you top-up whenever you need and only spend what you use. Simply set your top-up preferences and we’ll take care of the rest. Easy, predictable budgeting.

Yes, you can put a pause on your account and we won't automatically top up your account when you run out of credits. Just keep in mind that without credits, Breezy won’t be able to assist your customers!

Like most subscriptions, we require a card on file. However, instead of a monthly charge, you'll only be billed when you run out of credits and need a top-up. You can add usage alerts to stay informed when credits are running low.

Yes you can cancel at any time. This will stop any further automatic top ups and payments. The credits you have already paid for will remain on your account and you can use them if you would like. We do not refund credits already purchased.
