Each credit powers these interactions. The more interactions Breezy works on, the more credits are spent. You may need to spend more credits when demand is high and less when demand is low.
Every business has its own rhythm. The credit system lets you top-up whenever you need and only spend what you use. With automatic top-ups, you don't need to worry about interruptions so you can focus on what matters - running your business. Simply set your top-up preferences, and we’ll take care of the rest, ensuring smooth operations and easy, predictable budgeting
Credits last for 12 months from the date of purchase. This gives you a huge amount of time to use them. At the end of the 12 month period the credits will expire and you will need to top up your account.
Yes you can cancel at any time. This will stop any further automatic top ups. The credits you have already paid for will remain on your account and you can use them if you would like. We cannot refund credits already purchased.
Like most subscriptions, we require a card on file. However, instead of a monthly charge, you'll only be billed when you run out of credits and need a top-up. You can enable usage alerts to stay informed when your balance is low.
Yes, you don't need to top up. You can put a pause on your account and we won't automatically top up when you run out of credits. Just keep in mind that without credits, Breezy won’t be able to assist your customers!
